For Sale, Remington 1100 Trap -SOLD-

This 1100 Trap is celebrating its 40th Birthday but looks more like a newborn.

Barrel code XA, December, 1980, 30" Full, Step rib. 99+% .
Metal is perfect on the receiver, barrel and mag tube. Pressed checkering.

I know the guy that purchased this new as a back up for his daughters 1100. He probably only shot a few rounds with it to make sure it functioned then boxed it back up almost 40 years ago.

One small 1/16" W x 1/2"L spot on right side of the stock next to the recoil pad. Looks like the RKW finish flaked off for some reason. There is a very small imperfection in the finish on the left side near the comb. Had to be from the factory because the RKW is still there. I tried to get a picture of it but you can't see it unless you hold it just right in the light. Even then you have to look for it. Pictures show close up. Forearm is 100%. There is also a brand new in the bag TS shell catcher.

Comes with all the paperwork and the plastic magazine plug. The box is rough with the styrofoam blocking beat up from the gun sitting in the box for years but the end label shows it is the original box.

The deal never materialized with either the first person that said he would take it or the person that said he would take it if the first deal fell through. The gun is back up for sale.

The first buyer said he sent the check but when it never arrived after a month he said he stopped payment and would do PayPal.
He never followed up so after 5 more days I reposted.
The second gentleman sent the check, I tracked it, but before it arrived he changed his mind.
