With temps near 0, my powder drop dumping powder in my hulls literally start jumping up on the sides and even jumping out. Problem solved by wiping some positive charge Ions on reloader via ...Dryer sheets

Works like a charm! I do change it out every now and then.

Are you wiping the outside or inside of the bottle?

Most times I just go ahead and wrap a dryer sheet around the outside of the bottle and secure it with tape. The static is gone and powder drops return to normal accuracy.

I always wipe the inside of the bottle before pouring in the powder. Then leave a dryer sheet in the empty bottle between loading sessions. Never a problem with static. I've even hung a piece of dryer sheet in with the powder during winter low humidity times.
