In the interest of transparency within the ATA there have been no minutes for any meetings since the February meeting of '18. But then again.....no minutes contained the free guns the EC gave each other in the past.

If the ATA wont give us the information maybe the AG will be able to help out. Again.

    Smithy,

Maybe the Secretary is attempting to get the correct wording for the corrections of the PULL LLC minutes which have been asked to be changed to the correct words and numbers of: 2012 PULL LLC.

Oh, I forgot.....ATA is way too busy to let us know anything anyway.

Hell, it's only a Good Old Boys Club any more anyway.

Annual members will be notified on a NEED TO KNOW BASIS don't forget.

One day I'll tell you how I really feel.

Smithy and Brad's friend (I hope) . . . . it takes time and a lot of work to get meeting minutes ready for publication, even in the age of cell phones, computers, telephonic meetings.

Do you have any idea how long it took minutes to make it to publication in the old days? Say, like over a half century ago?

Look how long it took ATA Board of Director minutes to make the columns of Trap & Field magazine back in 1963 when we didn't have computers and cell phones.

(Sure hope at least one Delegate reads this and demands minutes be posted more timely.)

Considering the meeting was held on the 21st of August the time frame was basically one month in 1963. That is quick even by today's standards.

    HB:

I'll bet when they were told of a MISTAKE in the minutes back then, and asked to correct it, they did just that.

See Correspondence: in the above. Nobody corresponded to ask about those minutes at that time.

I know for a fact it was brought to their attention to correct the erroneous PULL LLC in which they "FORGOT" the most important part of that LLC.

IT Was NEVER mentioned in the following minutes at all after being notified.

They FORGOT (?) to include 2012 along with the PULL LLC.

Not like the today's mistaken standards.

AND they wonder why we are perturbed ?

    Happy New Year !
