ATA Real Property Committee - NO REPORT - Linn Creek

The ATA moved the grand to Linn Creek. We know that right? My pals say the ATA Real Property Committee never gave a report to the delegates. Isn’t that required according to the ATA by-laws? Can Mr Gipson make that decision unilaterally? My legal pals say no. Was it an EC decision?

If you are a delegate and you were given a copy of that report, I hope you will inform the members here. It would be educational to have a copy of that report right? I hear there is no such animal.

The ATA, now ED does what they want when they want and do not care what anyone thinks about it ...The ATA and Exec Officers should all be dragged into a court of Law and made to explain their actions ... The time for legal action was long ago, and the longer it goes on the worse it is going to get ... There are , rule, Laws, and Corporate Laws that should protect the members and the organization ... The IAG is as corrupt as they are which is why they found nothing when (If) they investigated ... WPT ... (YAC) ...

 

I am not looking for a power debate. I am seeking the documents. They must be out there.
