Floaters making it hard to shoot. Sometimes can’t see the front bead. Doc says Vitrectomy is the fix. I’m looking for trapshooters that have had this procedure and their results.

I have had one eye done. Honestly a life changing experience. I would do it again tmrw. The only negative is it increases your odds of a cataract. I will get my second eye done when it gets bad enough.

I’m glad to hear it went well for you. I’m going to meet the surgeon in a couple weeks. I didn’t notice the floater until after cataract surgery. So the cataracts can come back?

You know robb, it all comes down to the risk/reward decision. You will find many like Shane who have had great success. But do not discount the risks involved.

And that is where I'm at. I'll report back but it is nice to hear from a guy that had it. Thanks for that

I had it done, worked wonders. About 6 months after had halos at night so got cataract done. All went well. I would do it again.

I had cataracts done two years ago. Was hoping to be done with eye surgery.
