I was disappointed to see Ljutic abandon the "Mono" and now for sale?

I have a strong bias. One of Al's guns helped me earn a second college degree thru trapshooting. If you are used to the Ljutic fit and feel, it is difficult to adjust to another gun. The Ljutic is a simple design. I can't explain why the Ljutics have less felt recoil....I assume it is the ball bat like forearm.

Ljutic had an ARS platform. I think around 20 were made. I owned one, I thought that rib was far superior than the adjustable rib. The new owner went with the other.

I thought the $5,000 I paid for a new Ljutic was a great buy. There was money in the game. The ATA has removed the money by design.

If Ljutic wants to make a come back, the company will have to market to the kids. There is over 100,000 actively shooting.

 

The design may be simple enough. There are plenty of trapshooters if you target kids. That adjustable rib was a monstrosity.

Unfortunately the ATA killed the handicap system.
