Medicinal pot, herb, marijuana on the trap line?

    What happens when a shooter is discovered to have been eating those special brownies before the shoot? And what if it is prescribed by a doctor?

    a. who is under the obvious influence of alcohol or drugs before starting or during any event, sub-event, shoot-off or practice, or who consumes any alcoholic beverage or drugs during participation in any event, sub event or between events or sub events held on the same day including shoot-offs and practice. For purposes of this rule, “drugs” shall mean any illegal drug, and shall also mean any prescription medication if that prescription medication affects the judgment or conduct of the contestant to a degree that renders the contestant incapable of safely participating in the sport of trapshooting, whether during a registered event and/or tournament or practice;

    I got a feeling there are a lot of shooters in violation of that rule as stated, not intentionally but because of Doctors orders ... WPT ... (YAC) ...

    Violation? Not so sure....ponder this.

    Fred has a tremor problem. Cant shoot with the tremors. The doctor says to eat these special funny brownies. Lots of herb in this recipe the doctor says. Sure enough the tremors go away. Now Fred can shoot. Much better even. According to the rule above Fred can shoot after eating the pot laced brownies.

    If pot is legal in a state and does not make the shooter unsafe then he can shoot right?
