Delegates & $50,000 Spending Limit on Acquiring Real Property

Has anyone heard from their delegate about contacting the EC and reminding them of their $50K spending limit on acquiring real property? (real property includes leased land)

Could be no one cares. Or there aren't any delegates that care.

 

There are certain things that go unquestioned and get mixed in the (fast ) shuffle, this is probably one of them ... I'm not sure any of the Delegates question anything or even know they can, no "Gold Star" on the sheet if you ask to many questions, we had one Delegate that asked many questions was pulled on the side and told to quit making waves , never got to where he wanted to eliminate the presidents new gun program ... Needless to say they were glad when it didn't run again and got replaced by a guy who was not sure where he was when it was or if it was but he would write articles for the magazine like it was his secret passion, and talk about suck up to the cliks he was right on top of that ... He Moved to Colorado, I think , don't care just glad he is gone ... Never met the new guy but the state shoot is going on so I might ride up and introduce myself ... I would think that would include rental agreements also, if I read it right ... Uh OHHHHH .... WPT ... (YAC) ...

 

The EC will never seek the consent the by laws demand. Most delegates have no idea what the by laws say.

 

There is a list of all delegates in this months trap and field. Everyone should get a copy and start sending them letters and asking questions about how they feel the ATA should be run. Also as to how it is being run. Roger C.

The 50K issue is intriguing and a threat to Federal or his friends. Why?

It only takes one member with an attorney to enforce the bylaws.
