    Message for Bill Martin.

Are you going to keep pouring money down a dry hole? Time to move the rig to a new location, one with more promise. Roger Coveleskie

He's not going to put anymore in. Especially in light of the downward tumble the Sparta Grand is taking.

The Martins are nobody's dummy, I can assure you of that ... They are truly generous to a fault probably, but seriously doubt you will see them betting on a dead horse that has proven itself time and again to be a costly mistake ... The clubs they are heavily involved in are winners to the utmost, they just made them that much better ... WPT ... (YAC) ...

Would someone be hurting the org by doing that? Just my opinion but I think that is the case.

Roger, I do agree with you but....

If these people are willing to support the sport, I say Thank You for trying !

Don't forget, they are movers and shakers, and if they decided to support this endeavor, we should not try to tear them down.

It is not hurting us at all, so let them do what they think is the right thing, after all look at what they have done with other clubs. I understand they are first rate places to shoot at now thanks to the Martins.

Good God, IF they could gt their hands on Sparta, the place just may stand a chance.

They have done many good deeds for the shooters, and Thank You , and good luck should be what we are saying.

I am not a big business man but I do have my opinions. It is not my money they are putting up, so I say let it be and we'll see what happens.

It's up to the individual to do with their income that they want too. After they earned it not us. Oh crap I've probably upset someone else with my opinion, again

We are not saying anything against Roger's post. I could not AGREE with him more.

I believe our comments should not offend anyone, we are just saying... IF ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

    No worries on our part.

I have thanked Bill many times for his help with the sport. I do not believe more money will help the ATA. A change of leadership is the only salvation for the organization. Lets wait and see what comes from all of the problems at Sparta. They were instituted by the past and present EC and BOD if they drop the ball one more time, it may lead to the demise of our organization. That would be a shame. Self serving and lack off ability can not be helped by an influx of money. Roger Coveleskie

The enabler always intends to do good. The mom that gives the kid an alibi when the po po knocks on the door. Mom giving her child more money that will be spent on drugs. Propping up a venue that is draining our sport. Not much difference.

No one gets healthier until the enabler gets smarter. jmho

    Enabler

An enabler is a person who, acting out of a sincere sense of love, loyalty and concern, steps in to protect, cover up for, make excuses for and become more responsible for the chemically dependent person.
