    I don't know if the metal on this shotgun was refinished. If it was, the shop knew what they were doing because it is a terrific job. The wood looks as though it was redone and probably by the same people. The Bluing is 99+% with some rub lines on the barrel from the forearm and one small scratch near the muzzle. The close up pictures show this. The bore is like a mirror.

    The stock wood shows little use with a small loss of finish near the butt plate and a small ding on the edge of the pistol grip. The forearm shows no wear or scratchers. The wood is still proud at the factory butt plate but not so much at the receiver which leads me to believe the wood was refinished. The stock and forearm color may look different in the photos but they do match.

    This is a nice looking 1959 gun that hasn't been abused. I will send the Imgur link to anyone interested.
