Talked to one of my sons who lives in Vero beach FL which is in the bulls eye of the storm. Hes getting a little nervous about this one. Hope he gets out ok
We live inland at The Villages, and everyone here is preping for strong winds and rain from this. We were supposed to have a new roof installed this morning...postponed for a couple of weeks...Just was getting old but still was weather tight... I guess if we loose shingles, perhaps the insurance will help some ? Hoping this won't be the case. They are saying this one could be a record smasher along the coast...
