    I'd take a '67 over a 2010 in a heartbeat.
'67 GTX was hands down best musclecar of that era.
Oh, could you please ask that young lady to step aside, she's blocking the view

The 67 is a Belvedere I, not a GTX ... Cars weighs 3105 as it sits, engine puts out right at 600 HP ... Loves to munch on Mustangs ... That Dart on the trailer was street legal and ran in the high 8's , 160 MPH in the 1/4, tripped the 60 ft lights with the back tires ... Not with the engine pictured, put a Pro built Keffel engine ... WPT ... (YAC) ...

    The girl stays ....

Torque flight 727 but it has been modified to handle the engine … Manual valve body, bigger valves, bigger cooler, and additional trans fluid … Got a 3,000 stall in it which seems to be great for all general purposes … WPT … (YAC) …

I had nitrous in this bad boy but took it out. I really didn't need another 150HP added on to the existing 550Hp. It was already scary enough...:eek::eek: I tried to upload a burnout but I guess it took to long and the system wouldn't accept it.

My cousin has one, they run good … I cannot get comfortable in a Vette, too tall and bulky … Looking at a Hell Cat Challenger but leaning toward the Scat Pack which is what I had and sold … The factory production cars are getting to be ass kickers again, Love it … WPT … (YAC) ….

I just traded in my Ram eco\diesel for the new Charger Scat Pack Daytona ... WOW .. what a car... 485hp, handles like a corvette, stops on a dime and flat out flys... and I can load up more than 2 people comfortably!! This car is the Grand National of todays cars. It's a good thing, I didn't realize when I bought it, that they put the Hellcat motor in the Charger ... I've already got myself in trouble once, yesterday, 1st time stopped for speeding in and 25yrs..:D

how bout some pics .. When I was a kid working at my uncle's garage, couple of the guys had a Belvedere and a GTX ... they were absolutely gorgeous ... to this day don't know why I never bought one .. had 55,56, 62, 64,65 chevys and a 65 vette... but never got one of those cars I so loved when I was 15 ... never too late I guess.. but for now I am just ecstatic with this new Charger.. Heck ... I even remember the old dart swingers, 340, 440's and chargers.. they were some pretty fast cars right out of the factory..

I worked at Grand Spaulding Dodge ( Mr. Norms dealer ) when I was a young man, had a 68 3 x black Hemi Charger it got stolen about a month after I got it ... Mr Norm ( Norm Krause ) found me another one exact same car, colors, and options so I had my second new 68 Charger with a Hemi in it ... I got 3 tickets in one night from the same cop in River Grove, Ill (wrote me for speeding and not Drag Racing ) from the hang out place on North Ave ( Skip's Fiesta ) I had that car about 5 months and it got stolen out of a garage with and alarm and security doors, never to be seen or heard of again ... I wanted another but the insurance said they would not insure it being as I already had two of them stolen ... The 69's were coming out and the dealer had the same car but a 69 so I didn't bother ... I had a 69 Dart Outlaw Super Stock with a pro built Koffel Engine, car ran in the low 9's and on occasion high 8's if the conditions were right, used to trip the 60 ft lights with the back tires ... (black one on the trailer above ) ... The Challenger was a Scat Pack, but in 2010 they were only 425 HP, not 485 like they are now ... The dealer wants me to take the Challenger Red Eye (Hell Cat) they have (797 HP) , but $82,000 is a lot of money for a Toy and I was happy with the Scat Pack so I am leaning that way ...

I have pictures of the 65 but they are on a disc that I keep adding to as we build it, for verification at a later date ... I have to sell the Plymouth so I can park something inside ( or build a bigger garage ) either the Challenger or the 65 Dodge ... I got a guy that wants the 65 so we are dickering prices which is one reason I am going slow on that car ... I just sold an all aluminum 468 Chevy we built, bought the block and heads at a garage sale, the first guy that looked it bought it and he didn't even want to start it up ... ( Figured it was close to 800 HP , never had it on a dyno so we were guessing ) I'll get out some of the pictures and see what I can come up with ... I sure wish I had all of the money I have spent on cars and guns, glad the wife never asks how much any thing was ... WPT ... (YAC) ...

Great Lakes, in Union Grove, Wis was a place I got to visit often, then US.30, and Cordova depending on the programs ...The Team from Mr Norms worked on and kept the Mr Norm cars in tip top shape ... The dealership was like a circus but a great place to work, lots of gear heads and good people ... Mr. Norm is alive and well yet today, still involved with limited Edition cars baring his name ... He was a great guy to work for ... He showed the engineers in Detroit how to build fast street legal cars ... WPT ... (YAC) ...

THIS CAR HAS BEEN SOLD .....

IMG_2132.jpeg IMG_2129.jpeg Ok ok I get it however (always a “however”) those muscle cars 'n Vettes present challenges that most birthday candle challenged guys find concerning…how do ya slip into 'em and gettin' out can be real ugly, too many “exhibition of speed” opportunities, frightful insurance….enough already. Possibly more age appropriate is my “rig”. Easy exit 'n entry, corners like it's on rails, 30 speeds, disc brakes, includes exercise, personalized license plate “Florida Antique” IMG_2132.jpeg
